We sell the best honey in Kenya, harvested from natural forests and small hold bee keepers. Eastnat is homegrown healthy food company whose main focus to the packaging and distribution of healthy foods.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer exceptional service while guiding them through our product selection.
- Provide accurate information on the nutritional and wellness benefits of products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by actively engaging customers and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
- Receive, inspect, and arrange new stock deliveries.
- Process transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions or wellness events.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and service
QualificationsÂ
- KCSE certificate required; minimum of diploma in Sales, Nutrition, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or wellness-focused sales roles.
- Familiarity with organic, herbal, or nutritional products is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Canva, Meta and basic tech tools.
