Description
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to onboard vendors, promote platform services, and grow CarbonCube Kenya’s user base. You will be at the forefront of building partnerships, acquiring merchants, and helping clients understand the value of trading on our online platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential vendors, retailers, and service providers
- Pitch CarbonCube Kenya’s value proposition and onboard new sellers to the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close sales to meet monthly targets
- Offer basic training and support to newly onboarded clients on using the platform
- Collaborate with the marketing and support team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools or tracking sheets
- Collect feedback from vendors and communicate insights to improve platform offerings
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (1–3 years), preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools or apps for selling and reporting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
