Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of paints and finishes across retail, B2B, and project-based clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive paint product sales across retail outlets, corporate clients, and project developers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align on promotional strategies and product placement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or interior design industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of paint products and construction finishes is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
