Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of paints and finishes across retail, B2B, and project-based clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive paint product sales across retail outlets, corporate clients, and project developers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align on promotional strategies and product placement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or interior design industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of paint products and construction finishes is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
