Sales Supervisor – Mombasa

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Mombasa. You will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving team performance, and ensuring that targets are met across the Coastal region. This role combines hands-on selling with team supervision and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.

• Plan and assign daily sales routes and territories for team members.

• Monitor team performance, track sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.

• Conduct field visits to support the team, close key deals, and resolve customer issues.

• Train new hires and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales skills.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and key accounts.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Valid driving license with a good driving record.

• Must be based in Mombasa or willing to relocate immediately.
