Description
The store sales attendant will be required to actively take up opportunities to engage with walk-in clients at the store and close in on sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock.
- Organizing and maintaining the store inventory.
- Conducting regular stock audits and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Assisting customers with locating products when necessary.
- Giving customers excellent customer experience.
- Optimize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products.
- Meeting weekly and monthly target sales set.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to assist with marketing activations at the store.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
