Shop Attendant

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Shop Sales Attendants to join our team in Narok and Kajiado Counties. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing retail shop operations, assisting customers, and driving sales in both town and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product information, and assist in making purchasing decisions.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and products are clearly priced.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times.
• Travel to and work in remote retail locations as required.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field (Sales, Business, or related discipline is a plus).
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in remote areas and adapt to different environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and sales records.
• Flexibility to work in different shop locations as needed.
• Self-motivated, honest, and reliable.
