Solar Sales Agent

Sunbridge solar ltd is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Solar Sales Agent to join our retail team. In this role, you will help walk-in customers learn about and purchase solar products and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of solar products such as panels, solar-powered devices, batteries, and accessories.
• Help customers choose products that best meet their needs, preferences, and
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and product
• Learn and keep up-to-date on new solar technologies and product
• Support store promotions and special offers to increase
• Address customer questions and resolve minor issues, escalating more complex concerns to the store supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in sales and marketing or related field
• High school certificate and three years’ experience in sale of solar products also
• Strong communication and customer service
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Basic computer skills for operating POS
• Willingness to learn about solar products and the renewable energy
