Description

Ledrad Technology Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager, with expertise in selling 3D products, branding materials, and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3D products such as LED light boxes, 3D lighting and non-lighting metal/acrylic letters/logos, custom signage, plaques, and other branding and marketing materials. They will excel in prospecting, presenting, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Sales and Business Development

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients to promote 3D products and branding solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed set
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat

2.      Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 3D products, including LED light boxes, 3D lighting and non-lighting metal/acrylic letters/logos, and other branding/marketing materials.

3.      Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer

4.      Reporting and Planning

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity and results reports to
  • Develop and follow work plans, including prospecting, client meetings, and sales follow-ups.

5.      Market Research and Trends

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to branding and 3D products.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer

Key Skills & Qualifications.

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Retail, Business Development, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience, particularly in branded merchandise, signs, signage, branding, printing, advertising, or LED
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding & Familiarity of 3D products, Marketing & branding solutions.
  • Skills: Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and account management Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle customer relationships effectively.
  • Reporting: Ability to prepare and submit detailed activity and results

Added Advantage: A driving License & is conversant with Nairobi & its environs.
