Account Manager

Burson, a division of WPP-Scangroup, is a leading communications and public relations firm committed to delivering impactful solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives. We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute effective communication and PR strategies tailored to client needs.
• Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, reports, and campaign materials.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide value-added services to clients.
• Manage crisis communication plans and provide strategic counsel to clients as needed.
• Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand the agency’s portfolio with existing clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a PR or communications agency.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital and social media marketing strategies.
• A strategic thinker with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
