We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and promoting RFH Healthcare’s services to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand RFH Healthcare’s market presence.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Partnership Development:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurance companies, and community organizations.
    • Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company’s objectives.
    • Represent RFH Healthcare at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services.
  • Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Promote RFH Healthcare services to potential clients and partners through presentations, meetings, and other engagement activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
