We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and promoting RFH Healthcare’s services to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand RFH Healthcare’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company’s objectives.
- Represent RFH Healthcare at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Promote RFH Healthcare services to potential clients and partners through presentations, meetings, and other engagement activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
