Description
Newark Frontiers Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and marketing, a proven track record of meeting targets, and the ability to develop strategies to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to develop strategic plans.
Sales and Marketing
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to their needs.
Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with management to develop short- and long-term business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
