Newark Frontiers Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and marketing, a proven track record of meeting targets, and the ability to develop strategies to expand our customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
    • Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to develop strategic plans.
  2. Sales and Marketing

    • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and proposals.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  3. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to their needs.
  4. Strategy and Planning

    • Collaborate with management to develop short- and long-term business goals.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Reporting

    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
