Roles and Responsibilities

  • Cold call contacts shared by the team leader (Field sales).
  • Conduct engaging demos to showcase the value of our
  • Share timely reports to show
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and In this case the landlords or their representatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat
  • Attend real estate networking events to get more leads for the company and beneficial

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

  • A Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or a related
  • At least 2 years experience in a marketing conversion role, digital marketing, or relationship management roles (preference being in real estate but open to other industries).
  • Knowledge of conversion Convert qualified leads into successful sales and long-term customers.
  • Be Tech-savvy.
