Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance and retirement solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
Customer Engagement
- Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional service during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on life insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information.
Follow-Up and Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address concerns, renew policies, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the underwriting team to deliver seamless service.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies.

Experience:
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage.
