Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our energetic and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for our construction materials. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and knowledge of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction site managers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and offer tailored product recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Diploma or certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or building supplies
  • Familiarity with construction sites, contractors, and building processes is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, timber, plumbing, electrical supplies)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit to visit construction sites
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
  • Willingness to travel or work extended hours when necessary
