We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the Sigona/Zambezi Office, Kikuyu. The Sales Executive in this role is primarily responsible for driving sales, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and exceed targets. Focused solely on sales activities, the Sales Executive will engage with potential buyers, showcase properties, negotiate deals, provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Identify potential clients through various channels such as referrals, marketing efforts, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a client database for lead generation and follow-up.
  • Evaluate and assess properties to determine their market value.
  • Create compelling property listings with high-quality photographs and detailed descriptions.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, open houses, and signage.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Provide information about the local real estate market, current trends, and financing options.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Assist clients in making offers and negotiating deals on their behalf.
  • Ensure all legal and financial aspects of the transaction are properly handled.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to determine pricing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations and laws.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the real estate firm.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate is a must.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Preferably a male candidate
