Sales Executives -Nairobi

Our client, a fast-growing organization in the fintech industry specializing in "Procure Now, Pay Later" services, is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join their team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in driving the organization's growth by creating and implementing strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned market.
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s "Procure Now, Pay Later" products and services to target clients.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on the company’s offerings and fintech industry trends to effectively pitch solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client retention.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of loans and financial products.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to start immediately.
