Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for crafting and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This individual will play a pivotal role in our growth, leveraging their tech sales experience to introduce Peslac’s solutions to new clients and industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets
- Client-Centric Communication: Clearly articulate technical features and benefits in a business-centric way, tailoring communications to resonate with diverse industry leaders and stakeholders
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage a robust sales pipeline, optimize performance, and ensure consistent growth
- KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key sales KPIs, including revenue and gross margin targets, with a results-driven approach
- Tailored Presentations & Proposals: Craft customized presentations and proposals that address the specific needs and objectives of each client
- Sales Data & Analytics: Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and use insights to refine strategies, optimizing performance and delivering regular reports
- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively highlight Peslac’s unique features and advantages
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, set up meetings, conduct demos, and showcase solutions to prospective clients
- Closing & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, secure new client partnerships, and ensure seamless onboarding
- Client Management & Retention: Foster long-term client relationships through regular business reviews, maintaining consistent communication and strategizing for continued success
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels, positioning Peslac as a trusted partner
- Startup Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to meet evolving demands and drive rapid growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tech solution sales, with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to simplify complex technical features and articulate the business benefits to clients
- Demonstrated experience in pipeline management and proficient use of CRM tools
- Proven success in crafting client-focused presentations and proposals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking sales metrics and adjusting strategies for maximum impact
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships
