Farmworks Farming Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the agricultural sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential and existing clients using compelling sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals successfully.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, activities, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or farming industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
