Sales Representative – Mombasa

Our Client in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their growing team in Mombasa.

Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Mombasa, Kenya
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Salary: Ksh. 20,000 – 25,000 (Plus Commissions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell FMCG products to retail customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Participate in marketing campaigns and activations when required
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products in retail outlets
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG experience is a plus)
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Flexible to work on shifts – including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
