Data Analyst Intern 

The Data Analyst Intern will support our team in unlocking insights from the data we collect daily. You will help us better understand our clients, improve our products, and support business decisions through the use of data. This role is ideal for someone passionate about numbers, patterns, and making sense of business trends.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various departments (loans, repayments, client records, etc.)
• Analyze loan performance, repayment trends, and client behaviour
• Identify business trends, operational bottlenecks, and market opportunities
• Assist in generating regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for management review
• Use data to provide insights on product performance, risk levels, and portfolio health
• Visualize data using charts and dashboards (Excel or Power BI)
• Support creation of basic performance metrics and KPIs for internal tracking
• Collaborate with staff across departments to understand and improve data usage
• Suggest improvements in data collection and storage processes where necessary
