As we continue to grow, we are seeking Detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerks with a strong background in finance and experience working with QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify financial and operational data into Acumatica ERP.
• Assist in migrating data from QuickBooks to Acumatica.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks (essential).
• Background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems (Acumatica experience is an added advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
