Data Management Processors

ADEC Kenya is seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Processors to support our operations within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This role involves processing and managing data with precision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage data with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and other relevant functions, to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Accurately interpret and apply medical terminologies in data processing tasks.
  • Maintain organized and detailed documentation of processed data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Adhere to BPO operational standards, workflows, and client requirements.
  • Identify and address data discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work on rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a quality control or related role, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to type at least 200 characters per minute (CPM) with 100% accuracy.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with formulas like VLOOKUP and SUMIF.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminologies and their application in data processing.
    • Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation.
