Logistics & Admin Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a highly organized and street-smart Logistics & Admin Coordinator to join a fast-growing delivery company based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day rider operations, ensuring timely deliveries, managing logistics schedules, and providing outstanding customer service. You must have excellent knowledge of Nairobi's roads and neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily rider schedules, assignments, and delivery routes.
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve logistical issues.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain records of deliveries, rider attendance, and client feedback.
- Manage communication between clients, riders, and internal teams.
- Support general administrative duties related to logistics operations.
- Track fuel, maintenance, and rider expenses for reporting and budgeting.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or administrative operations.
- Strong knowledge of Nairobi’s routes, traffic patterns, and delivery zones.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle emergencies or delays calmly.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or logistics software is an added advantage.
