Operations Manager

Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations management within the FMCG industry, with proven experience in streamlining processes, managing supply chains, and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, inventory, logistics, production, and distribution.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Lead, manage, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business processes.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with company goals.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations or ERP software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
