Stock controller

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting, with a strong grasp of inventory and stock management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of food, beverages, and general supplies

• Conduct regular stock counts and promptly reconcile any variances

• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports and stock analysis

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure consistent stock flow

• Implement effective stock control procedures to reduce losses and minimize wastage

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-pressure hospitality environment

• Skilled in inventory software and confident in analyzing data and reporting
