Store Supervisor – 2 Positions

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient space utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards, supporting the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of storekeepers and warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of stock and materials.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and reconcile stock variances.
• Oversee stock counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and assist with audits.
• Monitor proper arrangement of stock to optimize space and improve accessibility.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Generate regular inventory and stock movement reports for management.
• Manage store documentation including GRNs, delivery notes, and dispatch records.
• Coordinate timely dispatch of goods in liaison with logistics and customer service teams.
• Identify and report obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged items.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain performance and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years in a warehouse/storekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Proficient in inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
