Description
Café Barbera, is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-end café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages according to Café Barbera standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and speed of service.
- Support general café operations as needed.
- Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Hotel Management.
- Short Barista course certificate is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ continuous proven experience as a Barista in a high-end restaurant or café.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is an added advantage.
