Barista

Café Barbera, is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-end café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages according to Café Barbera standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and speed of service.
• Support general café operations as needed.
• Qualifications
• Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Hotel Management.
• Short Barista course certificate is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ continuous proven experience as a Barista in a high-end restaurant or café.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is an added advantage.
