Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, tools, and workstations.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol service regulations.
• Manage inventory, restock bar supplies, and monitor beverage levels.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Bartending or Mixology (preferred).
• 1-2 years of bartending experience in a busy establishment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Food Handler Certificate (a plus).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
