Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals according to Mezza standards

• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

• Manage food preparation and portion control

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree (BA/BSc/HND)

• Proven experience as a chef or cook is an added advantage

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
