Events & Bookings Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Events & Bookings Manager to bring bold ideas to life and push our events department forward. This role involves managing all aspects of GameVil’s flagship events, handling supplier relations, curating unforgettable experiences, execution. You’ll also contribute creatively, working with the content and design team to build visual stories and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and execution plans for our signature events & clients.
• Contribute to the creative direction and thematic vision of upcoming event properties.
• Stay ahead of trends and suggest fresh, exciting event ideas tailored for our audience.
• Source and book talent (DJs, hosts, performers, etc.) aligned with thee vent’s vibe and budget.
• Manage artist relations, contracts, and pre-event briefings.
• Oversee event logistics from planning to execution — venue setup, supplier coordination, run-of-show, and on-ground management.
• Liaise with vendors (sound, lights, décor, security, etc.) to ensure seamless production.
• Build and manage event timelines, checklists, and staff schedules.
• Create and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Track and report on ROl post-event.
• Help ideate event content – influencer campaigns, teaser videos, recap content.
• Content creation (short-form videos, IG stories, BTS content).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in events management, entertainment, or brand activations.
• Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
• Experience working with artists, brands, and high-level partners.
