Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.

• Perform hair cutting, trimming, styling, blow-drying, and treatments for clients of all ages.

• Apply hair coloring techniques, highlights, lowlights, and other chemical treatments.

• Recommend hair care products and services tailored to client needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.

• Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, techniques, and beauty industry trends.

• Maintain accurate client records including services performed and products used.

• Uphold the salon’s high standards for professionalism, customer service, and safety.

• Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate or diploma in Hairdressing from a recognized institution.

• Proven experience working in a salon or beauty spa setting.

• Skilled in a wide range of hair techniques (cuts, color, treatments, braiding, etc.).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to detail with a passion for creativity and personal grooming.
