Hotel Manager

A new and upcoming hospitality establishment is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead setup and day- to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations
• Establish and implement operational policies and service standards
• Lead, supervise, and develop hotel staff
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and customer service
• Manage budgets, revenue generation, and cost controls
• Drive occupancy growth, sales, and business development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in hotel setup, operations management, and team leadership is an added advantage
• Strong financial management, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
