Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Housekeeper by supervising housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and standards are maintained.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper procedures, hotel standards, and safety practices.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and special requests in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linen, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing for operational needs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Support in implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience as a housekeeping supervisor or team leader in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
