YOU NEED:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a reputable restaurant or 4/5-star hotel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public
YOU WILL:
- Welcome guests and deliver attentive service.
- Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
- Recommend menu items with confidence.
- Maintain clean, well-presented dining areas.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, holidays.
- A strong fit with our brand values. hygiene and service standards.
