We are currently seeking a dedicated sales executive to sell our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets: Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly goals.
- Product Sales: Sell both company-manufactured and outsourced products to existing and new customers.
- Field Trials & Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations on the usage of our products.
- Prospecting: Identify and advise new customers on our products.
- Daily Customer Visits: Visit assigned customers daily and submit a work report via email.
- Market Surveys: Conduct quarterly market surveys and provide reports and recommendations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Conduct bi-annual customer satisfaction surveys and submit reports to management.
- Customer Database: Prepare and maintain a database of all assigned customers.
- Payment Follow-ups: Follow up on payments with assigned customers as per their credit limits.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company rules, regulations, and departmental SOPs at all times.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
- Training: Evaluate customer needs and conduct quarterly training sessions.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in sales and Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in the same industry is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
