Product Manager
Description
The Product Manager will work on identifying, validating designing and enabling a set of product features across different product areas that impact several business segments to provide solutions to solve customer/user challenges.

- Influence product direction within their designated area by collaborating with peers, designers, and engineers.
- Advocate for the user and market needs, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with customer-centric product development.
- Represent the product team in discussions with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments.
4. Learning and Development: By end of year 1
- Demonstrate strong product management skills, continuously learning and adapting to industry best practices.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration and communication to foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
- Utilize market and user research abilities to stay informed about industry trends and evolving customer preferences.
- Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome challenges and drive innovation within the product development process.
