Product Manager

Description

The Product Manager will work on identifying, validating designing and enabling a set of product features across different product areas that impact several business segments to provide solutions to solve customer/user challenges.​

  • Influence product direction within their designated area by collaborating with peers, designers, and engineers.
  • Advocate for the user and market needs, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with customer-centric product development.
  • Represent the product team in discussions with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments.

4. Learning and Development: By end of year 1

  • Demonstrate strong product management skills, continuously learning and adapting to industry best practices.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration and communication to foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Utilize market and user research abilities to stay informed about industry trends and evolving customer preferences.
  • Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome challenges and drive innovation within the product development process.

  5. Minimum of 2 years experience in product development.
