REPORTS DIRECT TO: Sales and Distribution Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients interested in the "Bar on Wheels"
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Create awareness in the coverage area/universe for potential customers.
- Conduct research to identify trends, potential markets, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Promote The Bar on Wheels in our social media platforms and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Sales and fleet team to coordinate the logistics of the "Bar on Wheels" at events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients & Meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends for senior management.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales report with the Leadership team & Any other duty that may be assigned
JOB KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
- Degree/Diploma in a Business Administration or other related course
- KCSE mean grade of a minimum of C plain with 2-4 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision & Self-organized individual with numeracy skills
- Proactive, flexible and resilient team player & High level of integrity and responsibility
