What you will do:
- Representing Watu Driving School Ltd and implementing the organization’s Customer Care plan within the assigned mandate
- Ensuring all onboarded clients are fully registered – T&C signed & Pdl/ Endorsement booked on NTSA system and promptly updating the same on the client database
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls on different aspects such as registration, class schedule, test reminder, and interim collection as well as receiving and responding to client inquiries on the product/ service
- Prudent petty cash control; maintain, administer, and process all Petty Cash transactions ensuring all monies are used appropriately and properly documented on the respective EER and Expense Register
- Ensuring the efficient management of inventory and supplies at the branch by maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with the relevant department/ personnel to ensure timely deliveries and replenishment
- Coordinating and supporting all offsite operations including planning and executing regular mobile training schedules and instructor rotation
- Pitching and upselling the product/ service to prospective clients, educating them on the benefits of obtaining or acquiring a license while striving to convert the leads generated into sales
- Day-to-day office administration, ensuring all the needs at the branch are met including proper asset management
- Understanding and striving to meet and exceed Shule Customer Care metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Performing other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

- Proficiency with Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in an organizations with diverse operations
- An effective self-starter able to multitask and successfully operate in a fast pace, team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside the organization
