Job Description:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an innovative and proactive New Product Development Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products, ensuring they align with market demands and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of new products from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs, translating them into product ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure successful product launches.
• Develop and refine product formulations and processes in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee product testing, trials, and evaluations to ensure effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely execution.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product development progress for management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Previous experience in product development will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
