The Chief Operation Officer is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day operations and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.The Chief Operating Officer provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Main Duties & Reponsibilities

  • Collaborate with CEO: Partner with the CEO and the senior leadership team to sharpen and drive the organizational strategy an d related operational and talent management plans.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and

  • Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the CEO and members of the Senior Leadership Team, including multi-year plans.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the   organization.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and security challenges to maintain a secure and compliant operating
  • Motivate and lead a high performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive;  provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
  • Participates as a member of the company’s executive management leadership team responsible for participating in and contributing to executive level decision-making, including strategic planning, budgeting and priority setting.
  • Prepare and makes presentations to CEO to facilitate its decision-making. Assists the CEO with board communication and assures preparation of high-quality board materials for monthly

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent
  • Five or more years in executive leadership
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, diplomacy and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing human resources, information technology, and legal.
  • Skilled in organzational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
