We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. With at least two years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a customer service mindset, you will play a crucial role in managing front-desk operations and providing exceptional support to our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain the reception area to uphold a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Assist clients, visitors, and staff by providing accurate information and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant team members.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and office supplies.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, mail distribution, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across the office.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Professionalism: Warm, approachable, and professional in all interactions.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.) and software (Microsoft Office Suite, email clients).
