Position: Sales Agent
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (with potential for regional assignments)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Agents to join our team at Willstone®. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, customer service, and helping clients find ideal housing solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting property options, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work well within a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential clients for real estate investments and housing solutions.
• Present Willstone®’s housing options and investment solutions to prospective buyers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of the properties.
• Follow up with clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and providing personalized solutions.
• Close sales and help clients complete the purchase process.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, property features, and competitive offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on current sales techniques and strategies to enhance sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Business-related academic qualifications (e.g., Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate)
• At least 1 year of previous experience in insurance or real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and close deals
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of current sales strategies and techniques in the real estate or insurance sectors
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet deadlines
