Platinum Credit invites dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our SME (Biashara) division as Branch Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Set performance targets for branch staff and monitor progress.

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive SME (Biashara) product sales and market penetration in the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service at the branch.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions.

• Financial and Operational Management:

  • Monitor branch financial performance, including profit and loss statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance and market trends.

• Market Analysis:

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in branch management, preferably in financial services or microfinance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of SME (Biashara) products and services is an added advantage.
