Operations and Strategy Manager

As the Operations and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Ondemand Africa Resources Limited. You will lead and align the activities of developers, project coordinators, and the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns across all our platforms. This role also involves liaising with key stakeholders, maintaining strong communication channels, and ensuring the strategic alignment of all initiatives with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Company-Wide Leadership
• Oversee the operations of Suluhu, Beba, and future on-demand platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, project coordinators, and marketers, ensuring they work cohesively toward shared goals.
• Foster collaboration and open communication across all departments.

2. Strategic Execution

• Work with the Founder to define and implement the company’s long-term strategic vision.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans for teams.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and clients.
• Represent Ondemand Africa Resources Limited in high-level discussions to build and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

4. Project and Operations Oversight

• Ensure all projects across Suluhu, Beba, and other platforms are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Implement and oversee workflows, utilizing Agile or similar methodologies for effective team management.
• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

5. Marketing and Growth Management

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns for pre-launch and post-launch activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to grow the user base and increase engagement across Suluhu, Beba, and future platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years in operational leadership, project management, or team management roles.
• Experience managing developers, marketing teams, and complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of liaising with stakeholders and managing partnerships.

Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development cycles.
• Marketing expertise, including digital strategies and performance analytics.
