Corporate Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
• Coordinate corporate events, media engagements, and public relations activities.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing reports to inform communication strategies.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and the community.
• Handle internal communication to ensure employees are informed about company updates and initiatives.
• Develop crisis communication plans and act as the point of contact during emergencies.
• Ensure all communication materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies effectively.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of media relations and event coordination.
• Proficiency in communication tools and software, including design applications (e.g., Adobe Suite).
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
