Driver/Rider at One Way Facilities Management

Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is looking for a reliable and dedicated candidate to join our team as a Driver/Rider.

Job Summary: To ensure that all deliveries are made within the allocated timeframe.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Admin and the Front Office departments to ensure that deliveries (e.g. parcels, invoices, payment bills letters t.c) are made on time
2. Ensuring servicing of motorbike and vehicles is up to date
3. Keeping records and informing the Admin when the vehicles insurance is about to expire
4. Delivery of supplies to different stations
5. Ensuring the company vehicles and motorbike are clean
6. Taking vehicles for inspection
7. Keeping records of the vehicle mileage
8. Ensuring that the vehicle is well fueled and in good condition
9. Transporting staff to their required destinations
10. Careful driving of assigned vehicle avoiding accidents and breakdowns
11. Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the management from time to

Qualifications

1. Must have experience as a rider and driver
2. Must have a valid licence for vehicle and motorbike (class A1,A2,B,C1,D1)
3. High school certificate
4. Good time management skills
5. Must have excellent customer care skills
