Description
We are urgently hiring a Delivery Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of goods to customers across Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver goods to assigned destinations promptly.
- Ensure accurate delivery and obtain proper documentation (signatures, delivery notes).
- Maintain the condition of goods during transportation.
- Follow traffic rules and company policies at all times.
- Maintain the motorcycle in good condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements
- Must own a motorcycle in good condition.
- Valid motorcycle riding license (Class A).
- Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and traffic flow.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Previous experience as a delivery rider is an added advantage.
