Job Purpose:
The HRIS and Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, compliance with labor laws, and seamless employee compensation administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HRIS Management:

    • Maintain, update, and optimize the HRIS to ensure accurate and secure employee records.

    • Configure HRIS functionalities, including workflows, reporting, and system enhancements.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues, providing technical support to users.

  2. Payroll Administration:

    • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • Maintain payroll records, including employee wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions.

    • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  3. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Prepare and distribute monthly People & Culture (P&C) reports, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, headcount reports, and compensation analysis.

    • Provide insights into P&C data trends to support strategic decision-making.

    • Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.

  4. Compliance and Data Integrity:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employee data.

    • Conduct regular audits of HRIS and payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

    • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments to payroll processes.

  5. Employee Support:

    • Assist employees with HRIS and payroll-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

    • Educate employees on HRIS functionalities and self-service options.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management and payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
