Chinese Language Assistant/ Interpreter

Link2Care is a social enterprise based in Nairobi, Kenya, committed to advancing maternal healthcare in Kenya. We provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality ultrasound and point-of- care testing (POCT) services to underserved communities, ensuring that no mother is left behind.

We currently collaborate with 30+ health facilities across Nairobi, reaching over 500 expectant mothers in low-income communities with essential antenatal care services and health education. By combining innovation with compassion, we aim to close the maternal health gap and build healthier futures for mothers and their babies.

The Chinese Language Assistant position is a full-time role based in Nairobi, Kenya. The selected candidate will work closely with the Chinese Project Director and local implementation team, playing a key role in facilitating communication and supporting day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate written and spoken content between Chinese, English, and Kiswahili (documents, meetings, correspondence).
• Provide administrative support to the Chinese Project
• Coordinate meetings, manage office supplies, maintain organized
• Support HR processes, including recruitment coordination and
• Assist with basic financial tracking, reimbursements, and budgeting

REǪUIREMENTS

• Strong command of Chinese, English, and Kiswahili (C1+) (spoken and written)
• Over 3 years of experience in administration, HR, or language
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication
