Bytech Credit Limited is a fast-growing credit provider committed to financial inclusion and community empowerment through innovative credit solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking competent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistants to support our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and account ledgers.
- Support monthly and end-year financial closing processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Assist in tracking company expenses and preparing expense reports.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Part I (CPA 1) is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
